The new Mosquito MK4 Multi-age now has two functions.
Either set the device to 17KHz to disperse groups of troublesome teenagers OR set it to 8 KHz to disperse people of ANY AGE from areas where loitering can be an issue such as subway terminals, car parks or any areas where people feel insecure at night due to other people loitering in the shadows etc.

MUSIC MOSQUITO

The Music Mosquito - Mood Calming System does not play high frequency tones, rather it is a completely self contained music system that will play either Royalty free Classical or Chill-out music instead.
Playing classic music outside shops and shopping centre’s to discourage teenagers is a technique that has been used for some time with moderate effect. This is usually accomplished using a simple in-store stereo music systems. This has several drawbacks not least of which is that the speakers used are generally not weather proof.
In addition, many people do not realise that broadcasting music in a public place requires two licenses. One is a license from the PRS (Performing Rights Society) and the other is from the PPL (Public Performance License).
